【英文名称】Aerius

【适用证】

该药用于缓解与过敏性鼻炎相关的症状（由过敏引起的鼻腔炎症，例如枯草热或尘螨过敏）和与慢性特发性荨麻疹相关的症状（皮肤状况） 由成人，青少年和1岁及以上儿童过敏引起的。

与过敏性鼻炎相关的症状包括打喷嚏，流鼻涕或发痒的鼻子，发痒的腭，以及发痒，红色或水汪汪的眼睛。

与慢性特发性荨麻疹相关的症状包括瘙痒和荨麻疹。 缓解这些症状持续一整天，帮助您恢复正常的日常活动和睡眠。

【注意事项】

如果您符合以下条件，请勿使用AERIUS：

【WHAT AERIUS SYRUP IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR】

This medicine is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal passages caused by an allergy, for example, hay fever or allergy to dust mites) and the symptoms associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria (a skin condition caused by an allergy) in adults, adolescents and children 1 year of age and older.

The symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis include sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy palate, and itchy, red or watery eyes.

The symptoms associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria include itching and hives. Relief of these symptoms lasts a full day and helps you to resume your normal daily activities and sleep.

【BEFORE YOU USE AERIUS】

Do not use AERIUS SYRUP if you:

• re allergic (hypersensitive) to desloratadine or to any of the other ingredients of AERIUS SYRUP or to loratadine (for a list of inactive ingredients, see section 6.1).

【HOW TO USE AERIUS SYRUP】

Always use AERIUS SYRUP as instructed by the doctor. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist

if you are not sure.

The dosage and duration of treatment will be determined by the doctor only.

The recommended dose for children is usually:

Children 1 through 5 years of age: 2.5 ml (1/2 of the 5ml measuring teaspoonful) once a day.

Children 6 through 11 years of age: 5 ml (one 5ml measuring teaspoonful) once a day.

The recommended dose for adults and adolescents (12 years of age and over) is usually:

10 ml (two 5ml measuring teaspoonfuls) once a day.

This medicine is for oral use.

Swallow the medicine and then drink some water. The medicine may be taken with or without food.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
