药品信息:
药理作用 Clobetasol propionate是个外用合成皮质类固醇。有醣皮质固醇作用及轻微的矿物皮质固醇作用。在外用方面，clobetasol具有抗发炎、止痒及血管收缩作用，引此可用于对类固醇有反应之各种皮肤疾病。 适应症 牛皮癣、扁平苔癣、盘状红斑性狼疮。 用法用量 1天1～2次。情况获得改善后即应停止用药，治疗超过四週后若未再復诊则应停止治疗。 副作用 皮肤起水泡、发痒、灼热感、敏感性增加、伤口癒合差。 禁忌 1.对药品中任何成分过敏、细菌性感染(如脓痂疹(impetigo)、疖、瘇、蜂窝组织炎)、念珠菌感染及皮癣症(dermatophytes infection)、单纯性及带状疱疹。 2.使用于眼睑或眼部周围皮肤，药品可能会进入眼中眼睛长期接触类固醇，可能产生白内障或青光眼。亦不适用于一岁以下幼儿之皮肤病，包括皮肤炎及尿布疹。 注意事项 使用5-7天后未缓解，与医师联络。 药品保存方式 药品应置于摄氏 15 ~ 25 度乾燥处所；如发生变质或过期，不可再使用。 Pharmacological effects Clobetasol propionate is a synthetic topical corticosteroids .
