【药品名】聚卡波非 【英文名】Polycarbophil 【别名】聚卡波非；Calcium Polycarbophil；Equalactin；Fibe-rail； Fibercon；Fiber-Lax；Fiber Norm；Konsyl Fiber；Mitrolan；Modula； Polycarbophil；Pursennid Fibra 【剂型】1.聚卡波非钙片：0.5g/片。2.聚卡波非钙咀嚼片：0.5g/片。 【药理作用】本品为亲水的聚丙烯酸树脂，为肠道吸水剂，对水具有显著的结 合能力，能吸收自身重量 60 倍的水。用于治疗腹泻时可吸收排泄物中的游离水 分，使之形成冻胶状，产生成形大便。作为容积性泻药时，能保留肠道内的游 离水分，使肠道内压力增加，肠蠕动增强，产生成形大便。 【药动学】本品口服后在体内不被吸收，12～72h 内可起效产生排便，药物在 体内不被代谢。 【适应症】用于便秘，如慢性便秘、肠易激综合征、肠憩室疾病及孕妇、老 人、康复期患者的便秘，也能用于水性腹泻。 【禁忌症】肠梗阻或粪便嵌塞患者、吞咽困难的患者禁用。 【注意事项】1.本品不通过肠道吸收，孕妇用药安全。2.采用多次给药或小剂 量给药可减轻腹胀、胃肠胀气。3.用药期间应检测血钙浓度。对腹泻患者，应 监测水、电解质。4.用药过量可出现呕吐、口渴、腹痛、虚弱、疲乏、水肿、 骨痛(骨软化所致)、水电解质紊乱、低白蛋白血症(因胃肠疾病所致蛋白丢 失)、类似大肠炎的症状。若肠道未受到永久性的损害，停用缓泻药后，可能需 几个月才能恢复肠道功能。5.慎用：突然、持续性排便习惯改变的患者及恶 心、呕吐、腹痛的患者慎用。 【不良反应】因本品在体内不被吸收，故较少出现不良反应。偶可出现呕吐、 胃痉挛。有腹胀、胃肠胀气的报道。 【用法用量】1.成人用药：口服给药，成人最大推荐剂量为每天 6g。(1)便 秘：推荐剂量为每次 1g，4 次/d 或根据需要调整，嚼碎后用水送服。(2)腹 泻：推荐剂量为每次 1g，4 次/d 或根据需要调整，嚼碎后吞服。对严重腹泻患 者，可每半小时重复给药 1 次，直至达到最大剂量。2.儿童用药：(1)便秘： 3～6 岁，推荐剂量为每次 0.5g，2 次/d，嚼碎后用水或其他液体送服；6～12 岁，推荐剂量为每次 0.5g，3 次/d，嚼碎后用水或其他液体送服。(2)腹泻 3～6 岁，推荐剂量为每次 0.5g，2 次/d，咀嚼后吞服，每天不宜超过 1.5g；6～12 岁，推荐剂量为每次 0.5g，3 次/d，咀嚼后吞服，每天不宜超过 3g。 Active ingredient (in each captab) Calcium polycarbophil Purpose Bulk-Forming Laxative (equivalent to polycarbophil 500 mg) Uses relieves occasional constipation generally produces bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours Warnings Choking: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not use longer than one week Ask a doctor before use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over two weeks Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any other drug. Take Fiber-Lax two or more hours before or after other drugs. Laxatives may affect how other drugs work. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding you fail to have a bowel movement after using this product. These may indicate a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Directions Take Fiber-Lax with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours adults & children 12 years and over: 2 captabs 1 to 4 times a day children under 12 years: ask a doctor Other information each captab contains: calcium 140 mg store below 30˚C (86˚F) • do not refrigerate • protect from humidity
