【中文名称】:潘妥洛克 【英文名称】:Pantoloc 【类别】:消化系统药 【说明】:【别名】 泮托拉唑,潘克洛克      【外文名】pantoprazole      【成分】 泮托拉唑      【适应症】      与其他抗菌药物(克拉霉素、阿莫西林和甲硝唑)伍用能够根除幽门螺杆菌感染。十二指肠溃疡,胃溃疡,中、重度反流性食管炎。      【用量用法】      伴有幽门螺杆菌感染的十二指肠溃疡或胃溃疡的联合疗法 本药40mg bid+阿莫西林 1 g bid+克拉霉素500 mg bid;或本药 40 mg bid+甲硝唑 500 mg bid+克拉霉素 500 mg bid;或本药 40 mg bid+阿莫西林 1 g bid+甲硝唑 500 mg bid,一般持续7天。其他十二指肠、胃溃疡、反流性食管炎40 mg qd。个别病例,特别在其他治疗方法无效的情况下,可将剂量加倍。肾功能受损和老年患者 剂量不宜超过40mg/日。严重肝衰竭的患者 40 mg,隔日1次。不良反应      偶尔引起头痛和腹泻。极少引起噁心、上腹痛、腹胀、皮疹、皮肤瘙痒及头晕。个别病例出现水肿、发热和一过性视力障碍(视物模煳)。      【注意事项】      重度肝功能不全的患者慎用。本药不用于治疗病变轻微的胃肠道疾患,如神经性消化不良。在治疗胃溃疡前,须除外胃与食道的恶性病变。反流性食管炎应经胃镜确诊。妊娠和哺乳妇女慎用。      【药物相互作用】      本药可能减少生物利用度取决于胃PH值药物(如酮康唑)的吸收。凡通过细胞色素P450酶系代谢的其他药物均不能除外与本药有相互作用的可能性。 Pantoloc - Pantoloc is a substituted benzimidazole indicated for the short-term treatment (up to 16 weeks) in the healing and symptomatic relief of erosive esophagitis. Pantoloc is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses the final step in gastric acid production. Indication: Short-term (up to 16 weeks) treatment of erosive esophagitis. Duodenal ulcer ; gastric ulcer ; moderate and severe reflux esophagitis. Pantoloc: In combination with two appropriate antibiotics , for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori in patients with peptic ulcers with the objective of reducing the recurrence of duodenal and gastric ulcers caused by this microorganism. Pantoloc is a gastric medicine. It is used to treat conditions caused by excessive acidity in your stomach, such as stomach ulcers and reflux disease (reflux is also known as "heartburn", in which food or acid from your stomach backs up into your mouth, leaving a sour or bitter taste). Pantoloc treats these conditions by reducing the amount of acid your stomach makes. Pantoloc may also be used together with other medicines to treat a specific type of gastric problem called Helicobacter pylori or H. pylori gastritis. Duodenal ulcer ; gastric ulcer ; moderate and severe reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other hypersecretory conditions.; eradication of Helicobacter pylori ; duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer and reflux esophagitis ; Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other pathological hypersecretory conditions. Duodenal ulcer ; gastric ulcer ; moderate and severe forms of reflux esophagitis. Note: Pantoloc is not indicated for mild gastrointestinal complaints, eg nervous dyspepsia. Since treatment with Pantoloc also relieves symptoms of malignant diseases and can thus delay diagnosis, malignancy of gastric ulcer or of any disease of the esophagus should be excluded prior to treatment of gastric ulcer. Diagnosis of reflux esophagitis should be endoscopically confirmed. Indications: peptic ulcer, gastro-oesophageal reflux, zollinger-ellison syndrome Short-Term Treatment of Erosive Esophagitis Associated With Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)Maintenance of Healing of Erosive EsophagitisPathologica Hypersecretory Conditions Including Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome 20-mg Tablet: For symptomatic improvement (eg, heartburn, acid regurgitation, pain on swallowing) and healing of mild reflux esophagitis. Prevention of gastro-duodenal ulcers induced by NSAID in patients at risk with a need for continuous NSAID treatment. 40-mg Tablet/Vial: Duodenal ulcer; gastric ulcer ; moderate and severe forms of reflux esophagitis. In combination with 2 appropriate antibiotics , for the eradication of H. pylori in patients with peptic ulcers with the objective of reducing the recurrence of duodenal and gastric ulcers caused by this microorganism. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other pathological hypersecretory conditions. Pantoloc (Sold as Pantotab; Pantopan; Protium; Protonix; Pantozol; Pantor; Pantoloc; Astropan; Controloc; Pantecta; Inipomp; Somac; Ulcepraz; Pantodac) is a proton pump inhibitor drug used for short-term treatment of erosion and ulceration of the esophagus caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease. Initial treatment is generally of eight weeks' duration, after which another eight week course of treatment may be considered if necessary. It can be used as a maintenance therapy for long term use after initial response is obtained. This medication may affect the results of certain lab tests, such as drug screenings (pantoprazole can cause a false positive for THC). It is recommended you make sure laboratory personnel and your doctor know you are using this drug. The active ingredient in Protonix (pantoprazole sodium). Delayed-Release Tablets is a substituted benzimidazole,sodium 5-(difluoromethoxy)-2-[[(3,4-dimethoxy-2-pyridinyl)methyl] sulfinyl]-1 H -benzimidazole sesquihydrate, a compound that inhibits gastric acid secretion.
