中文别名：双氯芬酸钠/庆大霉素滴眼液英文别名： diclofenac/gentamicin 生产企业：瑞士诺华视康公司药品类别：眼科用药药理药动本药所含的双氯芬酸抑制环氧合酶可阻止前列腺素合成的第一步骤。双氯芬酸亦通过脂肪氧合反应影响白三烯的产生，前列腺素和白三烯在炎症反应发生和眼痛中起重要作用。而庆大霉素属于氨基糖甙类抗生素，能杀灭革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性需氧菌包括绿脓假单胞菌、葡萄球菌、流感嗜血菌、aegyptus、克雷白杆菌属、肠杆菌、变形感菌属、大肠杆菌、贺（杆）菌属和沙门菌。链球菌株、脑膜炎双球菌、灰氧菌、真菌和病毒对庆大霉素有抗药性。绝大多数引起眼前段感染的细菌对局部应用庆大霉素有很好的治疗效果。作用机制是抑制敏感菌丝的细菌蛋白合成。双氯芬酸和庆大霉素结合的制剂具有广谱杀灭革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌活性，与单用庆大霉素的杀菌活性相似。动物研究显示双氯芬酸和庆大霉素结合与单用庆大霉素比较，不仅对结膜炎症而且对角膜脓肿的完全愈合均更有效。适应症眼前段的炎症及预防眼部细菌性感染（如手术后）。用法用量成人和老年人每次一滴，每日三次，滴入结膜囊内，疗程一般不超过二周。不良反应结膜充血，有或无分泌物。表面点状角膜炎。可能有短暂的烧灼感，罕见过敏反应。禁忌症对本药任何成分过敏者；真菌或病毒感染；角膜损伤或溃疡；注射乙酰水杨酸或其它抑制前列腺素合成的药物后，发生哮喘、荨麻疹或急性鼻炎的患者。注意事项高浓度时，庆大霉素会延缓角膜上皮再生，如需要加用其它眼用制剂，二者之间至少间隔5分钟。如果发生双重感染，立即停用本药并开始其它抗生素治疗。滴用后可能发生视力模糊，因此应谨慎驾驶或操作机器。如果必须戴隐形眼镜，则滴用眼药水时必须取下镜片，至少5分钟后才能重新配戴。药物相互作用勿同时使用抑菌性抗生素。剂型滴眼剂 Voltamicin - Indications: bacterial eye infections and inflammation Indications: infected eye disorders Active ingredients: Diclofenac/Gentamicin Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics The drug contains diclofenac inhibit cyclooxygenase prevents the first step of prostaglandin synthesis. Streptococcus strains of Neisseria meningitidis , gray oxygen bacteria , fungi and viruses that are resistant to gentamicin . The vast majority of bacterial infections caused by the anterior segment of the local application of gentamicin have a good therapeutic effect. Mechanism of action is inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis sensitive mycelium .
