卤倍他索丙酸酯霜 英文名称: Halobetasol Propionate Cream 用途: 局部皮质激素。用于缓解对皮质激素敏感的皮肤炎性和瘙痒病症, 也用于湿疹, 扁平苔藓, 臭虫咬伤, 烧伤, 银屑病, 严重的尿布疹, 慢性盘状红斑狼疮, 斑秃, 蕈样肉芽肿, 皮癣菌, 真菌（酵母菌治疗）感染。 应用到皮肤上，一天一至两次，通常在睡觉前至少30分钟。不能用于眼睛。 Ultravate - Halobetasol is a topical (for the skin) steroid. It reduces the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation, redness, and swelling. Halobetasol topical is used to treat the inflammation and itching caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis. Halobetasol topical may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide. Not Available Indication: For the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. Ultravate Ointment 0.05% is a super-high potency corticosteroidindicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations ofcorticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. Treatment beyond two consecutive weeksis not recommended, and the total dosage should not exceed 50 g/weekbecause of the potential for the drug to suppress the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis. Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended. As with other highly active corticosteroids, therapy should bediscontinued when control has been achieved. If no improvement is seen within2 weeks, reassessment of the diagnosis may be necessary. Indications: skin disorders
