【适应症】 用于治疗血钙过低。其作用缓慢而持久，口服７～１０日后始能充分生效，故适于急性甲状旁腺功能不足症状消退后使用。 【用量用法】 口服：０．８～２．４ｍｇ／次，１次／日，维持量为０．２５～１．７５ｍｇ／次，每日或数日１次。危急患者可自每日８ｍｇ开始，每２日减少１／２量，１周后用维持量，每次０．２５～１．７５ｍｇ，每周１次。 避光，如果开盖后，要在2个月内用完 一盒3只 每只30ml A.T.10 Solution 250mcgx15ml Dihydrotachysterol - Dihydrotachysterol is a form of vitamin D. Vitamin D is needed by the body to keep your bones and teeth healthy. It also helps your body absorb and use calcium more efficiently to help protect bones and teeth. Dihydrotachysterol is used to treat hypocalcemia (lack of calcium in the blood) and hypoparathyroidism (lack of parathyroid hormone in the body). Dihydrotachysterol may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide. Dihydrotachysterol is hydroxylated in the liver to 25-hydroxydihydrotachysterol, which is the major circulating active form of the drug. It does not undergo further hydroxylation by the kidney and therefore is the analogue of 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D. Dihydrotachysterol is effective in the elevation of serum calcium by stimulating intestinal calcium absorption and mobilizing bone calcium in the absence of parathyroid hormone and of functioning renal tissue. Dihydrotachysterol also increases renal phosphate excretion.
