本品主要成份为拉氧头孢钠。
化学名称：（6R,7R）-7-［2-羧-2-（4-羟苯基）乙酰氨基］-7-甲氧基-3-［（1-甲基-1H-四唑-5-基）硫代甲基］-8-氧代-5-氧杂-1-氮杂双环［4,2,0］辛-2-烯-2-甲酸二钠盐。

【性状】
本品为白色或类白色的块状物或粉末，无臭。本品极易溶于水及甲醇，难溶于乙醇，几乎不溶于丙酮、乙醚、氯仿等。在常规使用的注射溶媒如注射用水、生理盐水、葡萄糖液及利多卡因液中易溶。

【药理毒理】
本品为新型半合成β-内酰胺类的广谱抗生素。作用机制是与细胞内膜上的靶位蛋白结合，使细菌不能维持正常形态和正常分裂繁殖，最后溶菌死亡，由于本品对β-内酰胺酶极为稳定，对革兰氏阴性菌和厌氧菌具有强大的抗菌力，对革兰氏阳性菌作用略弱，对绿脓杆菌亦有一定的抗菌作用。

【药代动力学】
国外文献报道，肾功能正常成人肌注0.5g的半衰期为167分钟，1g为138分钟；静注0.5g半衰期为95分钟，1g为87分钟，静滴0.5g/2小时为154分钟，1g/小时为111分钟，1g/2小时为119分钟。成人血浓度：250、500mg肌注1小时后分别为13.3、21.0μg/ml，0.5g、1g静注后15分钟分别为44.3和105.2μg/ml。给药后主要经肾排泄，尿排泄率2小时平均为30～40%，8小时为90%；静注及静滴后2小时尿排泄率平均为40～60%，12小时平均为93～99%。给药后药物可分布到胆汁、腹水、脑脊液、痰、脐带血、羊水、子宫及附件等各种体液及各脏器组织中，乳汁几不出现。本品在体内不被代谢。

【适应证】
用于敏感菌引起的各种感染症，如败血症、脑膜炎、呼吸系统感染症（肺炎、支气管炎、支气管扩张症、肺化脓症、脓胸等），消化系统感染症（胆道炎、胆囊炎等），腹腔内感染症（肝脓疡、腹膜炎等），泌尿系统及生殖系统感染症（肾盂肾炎、膀胱炎、尿道炎、淋病、副睾炎、子宫内感染、子宫附件炎、盆腔炎等），皮肤及软组织感染、骨、关节感染及创伤感染。

室温保存。
