苯佐卡因benzocaine
【历史】局部麻醉药。1895年由索尔科斯基（salkowski）首先合成，我国1959年上海中华制药厂投产。产地北京市及江苏、安徽等省。由对氨基苯甲酸和乙醇硫酸作用而成。英国、美国、德国、比利时、日本、中国药典均有收载。
【其他名称】阿奈司台辛；氨苯甲酸乙酯；anaesthesine。
【性状与稳定性】白色结晶性粉末；无臭，无味或微苦，随后有麻痹感。性质较稳定，遇阳光变黄色。在乙醇、氯仿中易溶，在脂肪油中略溶，在水中极微溶解，在稀酸中溶解。
【药物作用】苯佐卡因局部施用作用于皮肤、黏膜的神经组织，阻断神经冲动的传导，使各种感觉暂时丧失，麻痹感觉神经末梢而产生止痛、止痒作用。本品局部麻醉作用较普鲁卡因弱，外用可缓缓吸收，起持久止痛、止痒作用。本品毒性仅为可卡因的1／20～160。
【适应症状】软膏剂外用用于创伤、烧伤、皮肤擦裂或皮肤溃疡；栓剂用于痔疮痔核止痛。
【不良反应与注意事项】对过敏体质者可致局部或全身性过敏反应（因有部分可吸收进入血流，本品仅供外用）。
【过量处理】苯佐卡因在水中很难溶解，吸收很慢，不会引起中毒，可直接用于皮肤创面和溃疡面。
【用法与用量】外用。软膏：5％～10％。栓剂：每枚0.2～0.3克（痔疮止痛用）。
【限定剂型】软膏剂、复方制剂。

制剂应用：
苄索氯铵为季铵类化合物，在药物制剂中作为抗菌剂。一般情况下，浓度为0.01～0.02% w/v的溶液可用于注射、眼用制剂和耳用制剂的抗菌剂。苄索氯铵也可用作润湿剂、增溶剂和外用消毒剂。
在化妆品如除臭剂中，苄索氯铵的浓度大于0.5% w/v的溶液也可用作抗菌剂。
苄索氯铵的物理性质及应用与其他阳离子型表面活性剂如西曲溴铵相似。

Directions:

Cautions:
For external use only. Do not apply over large areas of the body. In case of deep or puncture wounds, animal bites or serious burns, consult a physician. Avoid contact with the eyes. As with all topical medications: If condition worsens, or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.
