药品信息:
1.此藥能擴張動脈血管床，特別是心臟、腦部及骨胳肌的動脈血管床， 而不會抑制心臟的功能，經由擴張周圍血管的作用來降低動脈血壓。 2.也有顯著的利鈉尿作用，可產生抗動脈粥狀瘤的作用。 3.單一口服劑量能減弱氣喘病患因運動引起的支氣管痙攣反應。 用法用量 輕微至中度高血壓的建議劑量為2.5mg，每日兩次。老年人或肝、腎 功能受損的病人由1.25mg，每日兩次開始較適合。如果2.5mg每日兩 次治療4週後藥效不足，建議併服其他的降血壓或增加本品的劑量至 5mg每日兩次，也可將本品加入目前使用的高血壓治療法中。 交互作用 1.與食物併服不會影響本品的生體可用率，但會使開始吸收與最高血 漿濃度的時間延遲約1小時。 2.本藥的藥物動力學不受與Digoxin, Propranolol或Hydrochlorothiazide 併服影響，本品也不影響Digoxin或Hydrochlorothiazide的動力學， 但會增加Propranolol的生體可用率。 3.與蛋白質的結合不具專一性，然而對與抗凝血劑或抗痙攣劑併用的 情形會謹慎。 Prescal - Prescal, the most potent calcium-channel blocking agent of the dihydropyridine class, is similar to nifedipine, amlodipine, and felodipine. It binds to calcium channels with high affinity and specificity and inhibits calcium flux into cardiac and smooth muscle. The effects observed in mechanistic experiments in vitro and studied in intact animals and man are compatible with this mechanism of action and are typical of the class. Indication: For the management of hypertension. It may be used alone or concurrently with thiazide-type diuretics. Indications: hypertension treatment of high blood pressure Used for: Prescal Tablets contain 2.5 mg of the active ingredient isradipine. Prescal is one of a group of drugs called calcium channel blockers or calcium antagonists. It works by relaxing the blood vessels so the heart does not have to pump as hard. Prescal is used to treat high blood pressure.
